Mountain View Resort

We couldn't beat the vacation club price and had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was great! The condos are definitely showing their age and so if you're looking for something trendy or modern this isn't the place. My only complaint is that the advertised fitness equipment, pool and hot tub aren't on site. You have to drive to another resort in town to use their "shared" facilities. There are no views from the resort but you are a short drive from lots of beautiful trails.

We love our accomodations. We had 2 units a one bedroom efficiency and a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and living space. It was set up like a town house with the one bedroom at basement level. Both units sleep 4 so it's great for groups.

Great place to stay! We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it is laid out nicely. Plenty of space to spread out. There was 10 of us (4 children) and had plenty of room. Not much to do at the resort but a 5 minute drive you can use the pool, gym, and other things at the Eastern Slope Inn. Will stay here again! The pictures are the one bedroom lock out unit on the lower level. The other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

A standard studio set up but there was no stove in the kitchen. We went to Walmart and bought a 2 burner hot plate, griddle and a lg and a small pot. That cost less than our first dinner out. We had everything we needed after that. The building is 3 levels. We were in the walk out basement. We had to bring all our stuff down the stairs; then up. I didn't mind the stairs so much, but we'd rather go up than down. We had internet but it was weak and kept dropping out. Lost the cable TV twice. We spent most of our time sleeping on the comfy king size bed, or out so the place was ok for that. The promised pool was down the street a bit at the Eastern Slope Inn. We brought our suits but didnt count on the pool being off site. We never made it there. Overall a good stay. The staff was pleasant and informative. Not what we expected, but over all an ok place to stay. Great location just a couple blocks away from the Main St, and access to travel routes to all the attractions.

This is a rare gem! Perfect for a family or group of friends. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, has a washer and dryer, two bathrooms in the upstairs private suite with a jacuzzi downstairs. This place is impeccably clean! No dust to be found. Great porch looking a beautiful view close to all activities! A must stay!! We loved it so much we purchased a week at the half the price of what i paid for the rental wish I knew earlier! Could of saved alot of money!!

The room was very nice, it looks like they have started updating the rooms. The furniture needs replacing as it is kinda old and has seen better days. Be aware this place is in the middle of nowhere, the pool and all amenities are off site at a different resort. The staff if friendly when you can get in touch with them. If your looking for peace and quiet this is perfect.

Clean and cozy. Nice staff. The mini kitchen I'm our studio room was more than I'd expected from the pictures of the website (decent fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and electric griddle/roaster). The bathroom wasn't anything fancy, but spacious and the jet tub was great (until it ran out of hot water). It was too bad that the ceiling wasn't better sound proofed, since we could hear the folks upstairs walking around a lot. Overall nice and we would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in a townhome. Be forewarned you have a studio apartment below you so you may have someone staying below you during your time there. The appliances are older but you have what you need. It has its quirks but our family enjoyed our visit and will be looking forward to another visit soon!
